Hotel Agua Azul

We stayed here for the first week in November. It's a nice low rise hotel stituated within 5 minutes walk of 'Tapas Alley' ,the Old Town and beach. It's modern looking with contemporary furnished rooms. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly, especially Jessica on reception and Jose in the bar. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, the food was very good, there being a good slection with many dishes cooked at the show cooking station. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and high quality. The drinks were all local but premium brands were available for a small surcharge, the measures were of a generous nature. We enjoyed the entertainmen particularly the illusionist. We would stay here again

This was our 2nd year at this amazing hotel and definitely won't be our last. Everyone makes you feel welcome and it's lovely to see people who we met last year back again this year.The hotel is very central and handy for everything.The hotel is very clean and the staff do an amazing job keeping it that way.We stayed for a week all-inclusive and it was great to get Smirnoff vodka as part of the all-inclusive and good measures lol. We had no problem with the food as there was always something we liked and we also loved the snacks,cheese and ham toastie before bed. We enjoyed the entertainment and it was lovely to see Pillar again,she does an amazing job and she remembered us from last year.Hope to see her again next year.Two of the acts that we saw were Duo Grial and Mister Mistery, they were fantastic and we really enjoyed them. Sorry can't remember the other acts names but they were also very good.Our housekeeper was Anna and she spoke really good English,and remembered our names,she did a really good job looking after us.The bar staff were spot on,it was lovely seeing Manuel again,he really looked after us.Hopefully see you again next year Manuel. All of the bar staff do an amazing job as do all off the kitchen and restaurant staff.They are constantly clearing up.The front desk staff are also so friendly and helpful,sorry can't remember names.We will definitely be back at the Agua Azul as we loved it and being adults only it is spot on.We flew with Jet2 and they were amazing.See you all next year :-)
