Awards and accolades

We picked up prizes for best UK cruise line, best value for money, best fly-cruise line and best for first-timers in the ocean cruises category at the 2025 Cruise Critic Awards. The wins were thanks to our innovative dining concepts, All Inclusive offering, casual approach and seamless airport-to-ship experience, to name just a few.

We're over the moon to have claimed the title for Favourite Ocean Cruise Line at the Wave Awards 2025. The awards have been running for 11 years, and this category was voted for by the public, making our win feel extra special.

The British Travel Awards have been around for over two decades, and they’re voted for by the public. We bagged a bronze prize at the 2024 ceremony in the Best Cruise Line for Family Holidays category.

We were finalists in the Best in Value for Money category at the 2024 Wave Awards. These awards focus on excellence in the cruise industry, showcasing the best of the best when it comes to holidays at sea.

We took home the gong for Best Value for Money at the Cruise Critic Awards 2024, thanks to our All Inclusive offering, our packages that include flights and transfers, and our onboard services to help you get the most from your cruise.

In the 2025 Vibe Vista Awards, we won the gold prize for Best Beverage Menu. These awards are all about the drink industry, so this title is testament to how much our tipples onboard really raise the bar.

We came out on top in the Entertainment category of the 2024 Sailawaze Awards, thanks to our speakeasy place onboard Marella Voyager, the Exchange Bar. This immersive venue stands out from the crowd, with velvet booths, live music and swish cocktails.

We took home the award for Best in Entertainment at the 10th annual Wave Awards in 2024, voted for by a panel of industry experts. We pride ourselves on having top-tier entertainment all day and into the night on our ships.

The CSI Awards – AKA the Cruise Ship Interior Awards – gave us an accolade for the Best Suite on a Large Ship in 2023. This gong was a nod to the suites onboard Marella Voyager.

We also took home the trophy for Best Public Space on a Large Ship at the CSI Awards 2023. This one was down to Electric Rooms, our three-in-one bar, casino and nightclub onboard Marella Voyager.

Marella Voyager also stole the show at the Cruise Critic Editor’s Picks Awards 2023, winning the gong for Best Ship Refurbishment. This came after we transformed the ship, adding new venues and revamping our cabins and dining spaces.

Really relaxing cruise could not fault anything the staff were all just amazing, polite, helpful and just went above and beyond... cannot wait for my next one.

An excellent package for any cruiser, experienced or otherwise. You are made to feel welcome from the outset, starting with the booking process. Unlike many holidays, you are cared for from the moment you check in for your flight, enabling you to relax, confident you will arrive on your ship in good time, ready to start having a good time.

The cruise was fantastic. The ports that we stopped in were good and offered a variety of excursions which we took advantage of. The process of disembarking and reentering the ship was easy and quick. Suraj (I think) was a member of staff scanning a cruise cards when re-entering the ship was extremely friendly and addressed guest by their first names which was lovely. The itinerary of the cruise was good and offered us flexibility to book an excursion through TUI but also time to explore independently.

Phenomenal experience, the staff are friendly and welcoming by day 2 they knew my name and orders whether at the bar or coffee port. The main house keeping woman on the 4th deck was out of this world. I fell ill one night and offered to bring me anything I needed and made sure I felt comfortable. Everything was awesome. Highly recommend.

This was our first time on Voyager but it certainly won't be our last. Everyone from the cabin stewards through to the captain were super helpful and couldn't do enough for us, which after 10 cruises previously we had not seen to this level before. Keep up the great work and keep the cruises value for money.
