Port Fiesta Park

Family of 3 spent 7days in Fiesta Park Hotel. It was 2nd time (1st in 2017)we spent our holiday here. This year we were very disappointed. We bought all inclusive. We had got room 328, very small, smelly with uncomfortable beds and view for a lounge bar roof.There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the bathtube was very dirty. Shower hose was leaking. We didn't like the room. Food? Breakfast:every day the same,"english breakfast" Lunch:you could always choose something. There was a Mexican, Chineese day, What we liked as we could try the food from another countries. Room service very nice and helpful, cleaned room every day. We think we won't come back to this hotel anymore.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Absolutely horrific. I've stayed in some awful hotels in the past but this one topped it. We went all inclusive for ten days and initially it seemed okay. After three days we were both sick and realised that it was because of the food. The restaurant was downstairs and there were no windows. The whole place smelt like off cheese. The food was undercooked and bland. On our final day we thought we would give it another go and got some breakfast - the breakfast was also undercooked and was slimey. Most of the staff were nice however there were a few who ruined it for the rest of them. We watched one barman scream at a child for walking by the bar area in wet clothes. On another case I ordered a drink for my sister and he didn't make the right drink and went crazy at me for asking for him to change it. The cleaners were very noisy and every morning at around ten we could hear them trailing the beds across the floor in the room above and shouting loudly in the hallway. The room we were given was very dated and there was no lighting at the balcony. The hotel also makes you pay for you WiFi, which isnt normally an issue for me however it kept crashing. All over this hotel ruined my trip to benidorm. Would never return.

Just got back from this hotel and I can say it's the worst hotel I have stayed in. The hotel had too many people for the space, the pool was slippery and dangerous,we were all inclusive but after 3 days we were all ill and had to eat outside of the hotel,we was all made to feel uncomfortable by a lot of the customers who spent there time staring and making faces, had a problem with luggage and I had to pay €40 to get my suitcase and take the other suitcase to the hotel the other people were staying at even though it was not my fault ( this was tui). Family rooms were small,had broken glass under our bed for 3 days eventhough I reported it twice, the staff were happy, friendly and helpful
