Price-Match Promise

After you’ve booked a holiday with TUI, you have 72 hours to find the same holiday elsewhere, and to submit a claim to us.

To submit a claim, you’ll need to fill out a form and attach a screenshot of the cheaper holiday you’ve found. We’ll then review it and get back to you to let you know if your claim’s been successful.

The ‘same holiday’ means a package holiday that departs on the same TUI flight as the one you’ve booked, or any other TUI flight to the same destination, departing from the same airport within three hours of the original flight. The holiday should be for the same hotel, board basis and room type as the one you’ve booked, and must be for the same number of nights. The number and ages of the customers on your booking should also be the same. Plus, the holiday must include transfers and the same baggage allowance as your original booking.

You have 72 hours from the point of booking your original holiday to claim under the Price-Match Promise.

Holidays booked with TUI that fly with third-party airlines are excluded, along with any Marella Cruises, Crystal Ski and TUI River Cruise bookings.

The ‘same package holiday’ means one that meets all of the following conditions:

• Is publicly available to book with another holiday company at the time you book with us or within 72 hours of booking with us.

• Is a ‘package’ holiday, not an individual travel service (such as flight only or accommodation only) from one or more different companies.

• The holiday departs from the same airport on the same day, on the same TUI flight/flight number.

• Offers the same accommodation at the same resort/hotel and on the same board basis and room type.

• Is the same duration (number of stay nights).

• Includes the same number and ages of customers as your package booking with us.

• Includes transfers.

• Includes at least the same baggage (20kg checked-in hold luggage and 10kg cabin baggage).

When you meet the above conditions:

• It’s easy to submit a claim through the above form.

• You must provide a clear screenshot of the other holiday company’s cheaper package holiday, which includes a date and time stamp and a full price breakdown.

• We’ll review your claim and, if it meets the criteria, we’ll either discount your package holiday booking or, if you have paid your final balance, refund the price difference to your original payment method within 14 days.

• The price match covers any package holiday booked on tui.co.uk, in a TUI retail store or through Trade Partner that includes a TUI flight. Packages with third-party flights, or bookings with Marella Cruises, Crystal Ski, TUI River Cruises and TUI Tours (by TUI Nederlands N.V.) are excluded.

• The price match covers any TUI UK Limited package holiday booked on tui.co.uk, in a TUI Retail Store or through a Trade Partner that includes a TUI flight. Packages with third party flights, or bookings with Marella Cruises, Crystal Ski, TUI River Cruises and TUI Tours (by TUI Nederlands N.V.) are excluded. This price match applies only to standard, publicly available rates and does not include prices that are reduced through the use of promo codes, coupons, cashback or vouchers.

• TUI flight means both TOM and BY flight numbers.

The TUI Price-Match Promise may be changed, withdrawn or availability restricted for any reason, without notice..

Where a booking qualifying for the TUI Price-Match Promise is subsequently amended, the discount will not be valid or carried over to the amended booking. Amendments include, but are not limited to, changes to travel dates, destination, accommodation, or passenger details. Any difference in price between the current (discounted) holiday and the amended holiday will need to be paid in full.
