TUI flight FAQs
What’s included in my flight only ticket?
You get 10kg of hand luggage included on every TUI flight. If you want to choose your seats, add hold luggage or bag yourself some extra legroom, you can do this for a little extra.
What destinations can I fly to?
We fly to all of the world’s most popular holiday destinations, from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean. See where we fly for the full list.
Are drinks and snacks available on a TUI flight?
When you fly long haul, your meals and drinks are included. Plus, you can purchase drinks and snacks on all of our flights, thanks to our onboard café.
How can I pay for things onboard TUI flights?
Cash
Just so you know, we only accept card payments on TUI flights.
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit onboard TUI flights. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use AMEX, Diners' Club, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Monzo or Revolut cards.
Prepaid cards
We can't accept prepaid cards – including the TUI Travel Money Card – onboard. This is because, onboard our aircraft, we work in what's called an offline environment. This means our payment machines aren't connected to the bank, so we can't confirm that there's enough money on the card to cover the items you're paying for.
What airports can I fly from?
You can fly short-haul from more than 21 UK airports in the summer, and more than 16 in the winter. And if you fancy heading further afield, we operate long-haul flights from more airports than any other UK airline.
What should I do if my luggage is lost or delayed?
Please visit our lost or delayed luggage page for information.
