What is a spa and wellness holiday?
At TUI, a spa and wellness holiday is a break abroad, where onsite spa facilities, like saunas and steam rooms, are part of the deal, along with wellbeing-boosting activities like yoga. And we've got packages everywhere from Turkey to Thailand.

FAQs
What is a spa holiday?
A spa holiday is exactly what it says on the tin – it’s a relaxing escape, where spa access comes as standard with your stay. Expect hotels in peaceful locations, holistic treatment lists and a choice of wellness activities.
What is included in a spa holiday?
When you book a TUI spa holiday package, you’ll get a stay at a hotel with spa facilities, with return flights, transfers and luggage included. If you’ve gone for one of our All Inclusive spa holidays, you’ll get all your meals, drinks and snacks as part of the deal, too.
Are spa treatments included in spa holidays?
Spa treatments, like massages, facials and mani-pedis, aren’t typically included with your spa holiday. That means you’ll need to pay a little extra if you’d like to book these things while you’re away.
Which destinations are best for spa holidays in Europe?
Are there adults-only spa hotels?
Yes, there are plenty of adults-only hotels that make an ideal base for couples’ spa holidays. For example, for spa holidays in Spain, there’s the TUI BLUE Zahara Beach – a just-for-grown-ups number with a sauna-filled spa.
Can I book an all-inclusive spa holiday?
Yes, you can book one of our spa holiday packages on an All Inclusive basis. Lots of our hotels, including the TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Sorgun in Antalya, Turkey and the TUI BLUE Pioneer Beach Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus, offer All Inclusive wellness retreats.
Do I need to book treatments in advance?
Whether or not you need to book spa treatments in advance depends on where you’re staying. Some spa resorts require guests to reserve their spot on the massage table 24 to 48 hours in advance, while others allow you to put your name down then and there. It’s best to check the hotel website before you arrive to be sure.
What should I pack for a spa holiday?
When packing for a spa holiday, you’ll want to bring a swimming cozzie or two, a pair of flip-flops and some comfortable loungewear to wear between trips to the sauna. If you’ve got long hair, bring a hair tie to keep your tresses out of your face during treatments, too. Your hotel will usually provide things like robes and slippers.
