The Dynastic Hotel has a best-of-both location – it’s in the laid-back part of Benidorm, but it’s just a short stroll from all the action.
The hotel has secured a spot in Benidorm’s quieter Rincon de Loix area. That said, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from bars, restaurants and shops. And Levante Beach is less than 10 minutes’ away.
There’s a double helping of pools at the heart of this place, plus a heated one inside. The spa is worth a mention, too, for its all-the-works treatment list*, involving ingredients like pearls, gold and chocolate.

Very unfriendly staff. We had booked the hall for a private event. The roof leaked, lights weren't turned on early and finally a member of staff called Mary was extremely rude to our group and was argumentative. The outdoor pool was very cold even on a sunny day because of neighbouring high rise buildings. Wouldn't recommendMore
Location - Great location with lots of shops and bars in the area, 10 minute walk to the beach , google maps stated 7 minute walk to the main strip. So we were based in a good busy location , but not in the thick of all the bars and clubs. Everything you need surrounding the hotel, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and then only a ten min walk to the beach or nightlife. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. The hotel will arrange a taxi for you for 100 euro ( 7 seater) or you can get a 5 seater taxi in the street for around 75 euro. T Rooms - We booked 2 separate rooms, 1 for 3 adults and the second for 2 adults. The room for the 3 adults had 2 queen size beds and then a sofa bed, that the hotel had set up as a bed for our arrival. The air conditioning wasnt great, not like some hotels were you can have the room icy cold but it did the trick after a long day in the sun. The rooms were most importantly clean, although this is a 4 star hotel, this is Benidorms 4 star so more like a basic 3 star hotel. The room had a hairdryer, kettle and safe. You have to pay extra to use the safe ( not something you would normally have to pay extra for in a 4 star hotel). If you need an iron and ironing board you can hire these from reception and leave a deposit, this is refunded when you return the items. The maids cleaned the room every day leaving fresh towels. The towels are for use in the room and you need to bring your own beach towels for the pool. No complaints about the room - clean and comfortable. Pool - The pool opens at 10am , there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and 2 pools plus a children's pool. I wouldn't really say this hotel is suitable for a family holiday as the hotel was full of stag dos or large groups of men taking advantage of the all inclusive bar. However the hotel is child friendly and i suppose large groups are to be expected in Benidorm. If you get bored of the pool you can always go to the beach. All Inclusive. We only had breakfast once due to not being up early enough for the breakfast service , there was everything you would need for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals, pastries, breads, hot and cold drinks. It was average but that may be because most mornings we had a "large jack" breakfast at the bar next door ( when exiting the hotel it is on your left) even though you have already paid for all inclusive i would recommend the breakfast next door as the full English was amazing and only a couple of euro. So the breakfast in the hotel will do but its not the best - ok to grab some toast and a coffee but the bacon and sausages are not English. LUNCH and DINNER services were fantastic the food was lovely, plenty of choice for everyone ranging from cold salads, to various hot chicken, beef, fish or pasta dishes. For "fussy" eaters there are simple options such as potatoes, chips, salads, plain pasta or plain meats or vegetables. Plenty of dessert choices, for Benidorm the restaurant is really good, no complaints about any of the food for lunch or dinner services. The only negative was if you wanted a coffee during lunch or Dinner you can not get this in the restaurant you have to get this from the pool bar. Only wine, soft drinks and Beer at the restaurant bar.PLEASE HAVE HAND CLEANING GEL in the restaurant. Pool Bar - All inclusive Beer is great, the wine wasnt the best couldnt drink the rose due to the tangy taste. All spirits are local brands but were nice. Nice to be able to have a gin and tonic with all soft drinks being Schweppes. They sell Ice creams, Crisps , chocolate bars however there is also a supermarket across the road. SNack Bar - The snack bar was open throughout the day when the restaurant was closed, this usually consisted of a hot plate with hot dogs, hamburgers, fries. Then there was a toasty machine so you could make your own cheese and ham toasties. Also biscuits or cakes available. The only negative about this is a didn't find the area to be very clean, as this is a self service area there was no hand gel or cleaning materials for each person to tidy up after themselves and the food was not always covered up properly. Overall for the price you pay the hotel is great value for money, as they say you get what you pay for. The evening meals are fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great. I would stay here again if visiting Benidorm. It wasnt perfect but i viewed it more of a 3 star hotel. If you are expecting 4 star you will be disappointed.More

Bad customer service
We stayed at the hotel dynastic in benidorm fro. The 29th sept to 3rd oct 2017 . First impressions nice hotel friendly staff at first then went downhill from the 2nd oct when we found out monarch had gone bust and we still had two days togo, after contacting the CAA ATOL We was told not to worry and to carry o our holiday and we would be flown home panic over we could now enjoy the rest of our holiday , we went diwn for lunch as we were on the all inclusive package we had to show our room card on entry we was told there was a problem with our card and had to report to reception which we did we was then told we was no longer entitled food or drink or even our room untill we paid for our accomadation, i replied that we had paid in full and had proof of payment but all they had to say that they had not been paid by monarch for our stay as they get paid after i said that was not our problem as we had paid tbey cancelled our room card until they had payment . I rang the CAA ATOL to which i was advised not to pay as we were atol protected and the hotel would claim from them they emailed the hotel and tryed to speak to them but the hotel reception chose to ignore this. We was not allowed in. our room until we paid in full they was not interested in listening to us at all i even said what if we cant pay and dont have a card with us to which there reply was everyone has a card, abd uf we didnt pay we was out of the hotel , we would only be allowed access to our room to get a card to make payment we had no chioce as all our luggage and passports was in our room but to pay AGAIN . Tge customer service was very un professional we had lost a day all inclusive but they wasnt bothered. We would have returned to this hotel but after the way we was treated i can definately say we wont be returning again. After speak8ng to other holiday makers at other hotels they did not experience anything like this and did not have to make anothet payment the CAA disgusted at this and this is why i am writing this review to day thankyou hotel dynastic for spoiling our holiday xMore
