My husband and myself have just returned home after a week’s stay. It was our second visit having been two years ago. This time we stayed on an All Inclusive board basis. Check in for us took about 20 minutes but at other times we saw queues of people taking over an hour to get checked in and nobody came round with a welcome drink for new arrivals, something we have experienced in other hotels. Our room was fine, on the 10th floor, good clean and spacious. We also felt that tea and coffee supplies should be replenished daily though, not just enough for first day. The lifts can be a pain especially at busy times. Some guests though were not really explained how to use them properly. Meals. These on the whole were quite varied and good but quality of meat could be better, especially the so called British sausages! The hot drinks supplied in the machines were not so good. Entertainment was pretty much what we expected but if you wanted anything else there are plenty of nearby places to visit. The problem in the hotel being not enough seating in the bars and entertainment area. Drinks. We found the wine supplied with meals very good but drinks quality in the bars not so good. This is where there is a marked difference in poorer the quality provided for All Inclusive guests. On our last day we bought a coffee and even the barman said it’s much better than the coffee in the machine (that to be used by AI guests). Overall we enjoyed our stay but won’t return to this hotel again. Just a little disappointing this time round. Also it seems very strange the management don’t appear to respond to any of the comments on Trip Advisor giving the impression they don’t really care.

After a quiet Xmas and new year a week away to start the new year and recharge my batteries was in order’ I previously stayed her in 2017 and had a great time ‘ on this occasion the hotel has aged a little since my previous stay’ so where do I start ? On arriving at the hotel and joining a large queue already outside the hotel doors where I had to wait 50 minutes to check in then was told I’d have to wait 2 hours before I could get into my hotel room however I could make full use of the facilities so I hit the bar and had a drink’ it wasn’t long till I had my key card and got all sorted in my room ‘ lunch it was to be for my first meal where I helped myself to a nice meal plenty to choose from and rather nice ‘ the meals and drinks are not bad at this hotel very consistent but ok ‘ I’ve gone off the complex to visit other bars and restaurants around the area which I had great service and friendly welcome’ for what I paid for a week I honestly cannot complain you pay for what you get ‘ the staff are great the cleaning staff are fantastic and the bar staff always make you feel welcome’ would I stay here again ? Probably not would I recommend staying here yes I would value for money is good but you might want to check out the local night life and entertainment as it might not be to everyone’s liking.

Sometimes wonder if I must have stayed in a different hotel reading recent reviews.We stayed the week leading up to Christmas and it was our 3rd visit to this hotel. 17th floor with sea view .Ok this time the glass bathroom was a bit too clear but only a minor problem .We were half board and meals were great with plenty of choice with many dishes cooked in front of you .Always hot and a good variety that changed every day.Difficult to believe some of the food complaints. Lifts are fine if used correctly. We saw people using their card multiple times confusing the computer system and also just getting in any lift and not the designated one.Reception on arrival was busy but if it bothers you just go and sit and have a drink for a bit.Reception staff very friendly and professional even when some holidaymakers are rude to them. Hotel extremely clean and room cleaned daily and towels replaced daily if you want.Ok only first day tea bags supplied but we always take our own tea and coffee any way .Shop is only 50 yds away .Fridge in room which you can stock as you wish and is free.Good size safe which was I think 2 euros a day .We bypassed bingo but most of the other entertainment was brilliant. Drinks in the bar were more expensive than other bars and measures could vary sometimes.We will certainly be back as the hotel is in a great location and so clean and very friendly staff.
