You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.
This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside, but inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Second home in benidorm
Had a great 11 days holiday at the riopark last February and a equally great time on our second holiday with our family last May.Looking forward to our third visit with the family in 11 days time.We have been holidaying at the riopark for the past 22 years and would not dream of going to any other hotel. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you.Rooms though dated are all ways cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels every day.Reception staff have always been helpfully and efficient and the hotel is spotless and clean.Set back away from the bars it is in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk away from the night life.Local bus services are a great cheap way to travel round so you can visit other nearby resorts. If you wish to dine out there are lots of cafes and restaurants.Meals at the hotel are generally good but like most hotels can get a little repetitive after a couple of weeks.can not fault the riopark and all ways look forward to return visits.Ticks all boxes for our family.lMore
Amazing yet again
Just returned from my week stay for the second year.....Travelled in a party of 6 and met up with two other friends and was not disappointed......food was yet again outstanding.....always got a table for 8.......staff very friendly....love this Hotel.....cannot fault it in any wayMore
This was our first stay at this hotel due to brilliant reviews from friends. We emailed beforehand to ask for a high floor and was given room 706 overlooking the tennis courts and it was fine, lovely comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space, clean, plenty of hot water and surprisingly quiet. Great choice of English tv channels. The food was brilliant great choice at breakfast and evening meal always hot and we never had to queue for a table. The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Melanie always smiling. I loved the home made muffins at breakfast and my husband loved the crispy bacon and black pudding. The entertainment was very good and we stayed in quite a few nights in the Connections bar where Sheila did a great job. In the main bar there was happy hour 3 days a week and cheap beer 7pm to 10pm every day the rest of the time the drinks are very reasonably priced and good quality. The pool area is great plenty of sun beds and we never had a problem getting ours when we went down at 9am. Loved the animation staff all friendly and funny some of the games were a right hoot. We saw some people complaining and wonder what is wrong with them not the hotel. All in all a really lovely hotel and the management and staff try their best to please. In fact we loved it so much we have booked to return for Christmas and look forward to our stay. More
Fantastic value Hotel
Not long back from 10 day stay at hotel. It is technically only a two star hotel but we have stayed in far worse four star hotels. Fantastic value for money. Hotel is close to biz but far enough away to be quiet. This was our third visit and the last signs of the old management have been removed, photos outside the dining room have been removed. Understandable but sad. Food is British orientated, tasty, if a bit predictable. Restaurant staff, as indeed all staff, work extremely hard but are very friendly. Things can get a bit frenetic at meal times, but fault of guests, not Hotel. Entertainment has improved in the Hotel with some good acts from the Benidorm scene. We there at the changeover from Summer to Winter entertainment. We saw one in house show, Dirty Dancing. I accept some cast members had left but compared to other in house companies we have seen it can best be described as amateurish. We paid extra for upgraded rooms in which you get free fridge, safe and kettle and it is worth it. Guest range I believe is getting younger but predominantly is middle aged and older. We are in one of these categories and have booked for next year.More
Over all the hotel was ok, reception staff and house keeping staff were very friendly and approachable how ever the onsite restaurant staff were very rude, they would budge you out of the way just to get past you, the food was processed ( I work with food so I know ) the only plus was the show cooking but the quality wasn't there so ended up going out for my evening meal. I know the hotel is under renovation and there is still a lot that needs doing but you really need to sort out the quality of food on offer.More
