You said, we did
We’re always on the lookout for ways to improve, so here are some of the ways we’re changing based on your feedback and experiences…
Searching for a deal or discount?
Look out for our deal of the week
Every week, our teams feature an extra-special, time-limited deal on a great holiday. You’ll always find it on our deal of the week page, and the handy countdown clock lets you know how long you’ve got to think about snapping it up.
Check our discount codes page
Forget trawling the website to find a code that might work – we want to make it easy for you to get the very best price on your holiday. So, we’ve put all our discount codes on one page, along with all the details you’ll need to use them.

FAQs
How do I cancel my TUI holiday?
If you need to cancel your TUI holiday, contact us as soon as possible. If you booked online, you can do some of this yourself through your Customer Account or Manage My Booking.
What is the TUI cancellation and refund policy?
How much it costs to cancel your holiday, or to remove passengers from the booking, varies depending on how much time there is before you're due to travel and which airline you're flying with. All of the details can be found in our booking terms and conditions.
What happens if TUI cancel my holiday?
If you’ve booked a package holiday, you’re entitled to your money back within a guaranteed 14 days in the unlikely event we have to cancel it. You’ll also have other options, including the opportunity to change your package booking to another holiday fee-free.
For flight-only and accommodation-only bookings, you’ll receive a refund automatically within 14 days.
Plus, all our package holidays that include both flights and accommodation come with the extra armour of ABTA and ATOL protection, so you can rest assured that you’re financially protected, whatever happens.
Do TUI offer flexible payment options?
Yes we do. We’re committed to helping you manage your holiday payments in a way that suits you. You can secure your booking with a low deposit or pay monthly with Direct Debit – for some holidays, you can even make the most of our £0 deposit option.
Plus, you can take one of your little ones away without paying a penny for them, thanks to our free kids’ places. And, we’ve got deals on breaks in all shapes and sizes, including All Inclusive holidays – start your search on our deals homepage.
What happens if the FCDO advise against travelling to a destination?
TUI will not travel a destination where the FCDO advises against all but essential travel.
If the FCDO advises against all but essential travel and we cancel your holiday, you’ll be able to rebook to an alternative destination, or cancel your holiday and receive a full refund within 14 days.
If the FCDO advice changes while you’re on holiday, you can rest assured that we’ll never leave you stranded overseas. If the UK government asks holidaymakers to return to the UK immediately, we’ll arrange alternative flights home and refund any lost nights on a pro rata basis.
Before you go, we’ll let you know if there are any restrictions in your destination that we believe could significantly impact your enjoyment, and, we’ll give you the chance to change your booking fee-free.
What’s the TUI Care Foundation?
The TUI Care Foundation is an independent organisation initiated and supported by TUI, which builds on the positive impact of tourism and leads the way in protecting the natural environment and empowering lives in travel destinations.
Connecting holidaymakers to good causes, it supports education and training opportunities for young people, drives the protection of wildlife, natural habitats and the marine environment, and helps local communities to thrive sustainably and benefit from tourism. With 70 projects in over 30 countries, the TUI Care Foundation builds projects with partners that focus on the unique needs of a destination and use tourism as a force for good to make a lasting difference.
We have you – our loyal customers – to thank for making the TUI Care Foundation’s work possible. Every time you book a holiday with us, you have the option of making a donation to the TUI Care Foundation and it’s these donations that help to make a difference around the world. You can also choose to book a Green & Fair holiday, and for every one of these bookings we donate £1 per passenger to the TUI Care Foundation.
