Good/OK .. if you get it cheap and go at the right time of year!
An OK hotel - not as bad as it could have been! Stayed here for last week in September into October and we were initially concerned reading the reviews and I do agree with a lot of the reviews. We had no issues during our stay the room we had was overlooking the main pool which was clean and overall the hotel was fine for catching some sun, the loungers could all do with being renewed – a handful were OK if you were early to get a decent one. We never realised there was another pool, nor were we told about it (will remember if we return)! The room was very basic and could badly do with being updated as per the rooms on the top floor. It was spotless when we got there, the maid service was a bit lacking towels/bed changed once and floor /bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned during our stay - we were OK with giving the bathroom a quick wipe down when needed. No safe in room which is pretty poor and the facilities by reception was enough for only passports and money. AirCON was a rip-off €8 per day and it barley worked - didn’t bother complaining as from reading other reviews we expected it: it took the edge off - but only just! Can't comment on food or drink in the main bar as there were many great places to eat and drink in the area. Poolside bar, the food was OK to fill a hole, drinks (bottles) were expensive – but, as you have a fridge in the room buy from across the road at the shop for under €1 vs €3.50! I probably only return if we got a similarly favorable deal as this trip and also at either of the 2 shoulder seasons. But I can see that it would be a very different hotel to stay in the height of the party season - however we're not too old yet to enjoy that side of Ayia Napa! If I was visiting in the higher season we would probably stay elsewhere! We hired a quad-bike for a day from the place next to hotel - would recommend them. It’s very easy to drive around the area (especially as driving on the correct side of the road!). It's worth doing to break your holiday up ... drive to Cavo Greco (Cape Greco) ... explore for a day. Better value to hire multiple days if staying longer. Nothing to do with the hotel but the Olympic Holidays rep was a waste of space. We were told that ALL the rooms were due to be refurbished for next year - or might have been a lie!More
Oldies in Ayia Napa
Well we went for it this time never having been in Cyprus before. Arrived and at reception asked if we had a nice room and was told yes, don't know what they thought was a nice room but it wasn't, I won't go into all the details but in a short time I spoke to the manager who quickly sorted me out with one of the new apartments which were gorgeous. There were a lot of complaints and I can sympathise with the manager as he is awaiting the refurbishment of the rest of the hotel in November. I have given a 5☆ as the manager was very helpful and understanding and I loved our pool view room, I did have to pay an additional 10 euros per day but that included the in room safe, well worth paying the extra. The hotel offered B&B or Half Board and the food was excellent, my only gripe there was if paying for food ,they did not have card facilities such surprised me. All in all we had a great week in the sun.More

Apartments very basic. If you are looking place just for sleep and have a shower then ok. It really is more of a party hotel than a family resort, since the music by the biggest pool was really loud all the time. You get what you paid for!!More

Do a favor for yourself and dont go
First. The room was like a 1 star hotel.. And the people at the reception was rude and not helpful at all. The air conditioner 8€ each night and you cant pay for 1 night. Or all or nothing. We was stollen and only the money was token in a perfect and clean job like someone who has the key wait for us to go and got in without a problem. The wifi in money too and something they dont write down its that if you get a room you have to leave a €50 "if you broke something" and if you dont its back to you. But i didnt exchange mony to leav him at the reception. The pool open till 19:30 and if you put your leg in at 19:31 you paid €50. Every thing in the hotell cost money and were a lot of stiling in this hotel. Prefer to pay more and go to good hotel that gave u a safe without to pay for itmore €20 and if not its stilling. Dont go there. More
