The Nestor Hotel is really modern, and comes with a smart pool area. Plus, it puts you within 5 minutes of Ayia Napa’s beach and nightlife.
This hotel goes heavy on the style front. It’s all clean lines and contemporary furnishings, with futuristic LED lights wedged into roof recesses and underneath bars. The smart, unfussy motif carries on into the rooms.
Location is king for this place. A five-minute walk from the front door gets you to Ayia Napa’s famous nightlife, and the town’s white-sand beach is just as close.

I booked to stay here for just 2 nights as we have our own place in Larnaca. It was the last couple of days before the hotel closed for the season but it was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, They were all still motivated and really happy. We were bed and breakfast and despite the hotel only having 37 residents they still provided a full buffet breakfast with plenty of choice I’m sure it would have been more cost effective to have cooked the breakfast to order and less wasteful. The hotel had a small indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. It also had a laundrette, rooms are ok size wise but the balcony is very small. We were lucky and had room 424 which gave a fantastic view of the sunrise over Cape Greco. I would recommend that the hotel chose larger towels for the bathroom and pool area that would be my only small gripe.More
Again and Again
Recently returned from our second home, this must have been our 25th visit , ironically we were celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Free welcome back drinks on arrival, Cake fruit and wine in our room (thank you Eleni) George in the restaurant, Costas , Christos, Fanos and Petros at the pool bar all fantastic people making our stay even more memorable. Spotlessly clean at all times, we love this hotel and the people who run it, only one person missing - Pool bar George. Sending all our love to you. We will be back in the future.More
One of the best hotels in Ayia Napa..... well placed for beaches and harbour area and just a short walk to the square (shops) and far enough away from most noisy bars.... been to this hotel on numerous occasions and the staff are all very friendly.... they will do their best to try and help when they can and the manager Nicos is usually about making sure things are in place..... we will be back in July thanks for another great holiday. Home Sweet Home
Just returned home after spending 3 terrific weeks in the Nestor, there isn't much more I can add to what has been said before, we look on the Nestor as a kind of second home as all the staff make you feel like you are part of the family, over the years we have made many friends and look forward to returning soon. If you are looking for a friendly and welcoming hotel that is close to everything you would need then give the Nestor a try, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. More

Last minute holiday
We haven’t been to Ayia Napa for 7 years so we thought we would return. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Situated at the bottom end of Ayia Napa away from all the noise of the square ( having said that it’s remarkably quiet for this time of the year). We booked bed & breakfast as we liked to try the local restaurants. But they do offer an all inclusive package. Our room overlooked the pool which in itself is lovely. We hired deck sun lounges at 12€ per day but the beds were well worth it. You got your own little pool deck with 2 luxury sun beds. The hotel and the pool area was spotless clean. Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels. The only issue is that they do not provide an iron or ironing board either in the room or at reception. This may not be an issue but for me it was. I was told about this by a friend that recently visited so I was able to bring my own. The staff are also very friendly and nothing seems to be to much trouble. We have 3 days left and wish we had come for 2 weeks. We will definitely be returning next year More
