The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

Lovely vacation with family
We stayed at Loutsiana II for 10 nights in September 2017 with wife and 1 y.o. baby. Loutsiana II is 5 minutes walk from the main hotel with the restaurant and is nice and secluded. It consist of two small buildings with 5 1-bedroom aparts each standing near own pool. This is very cool because in the evening you can have pool mostly for yourself (although I used only once because sea is always better imo). The apartment is spacious and clean and has a two ring hob with a set of dishes, eating utensils and other cooking stuff like frying pan and a boiling pot. Full sized fridge is also a big deal when with a family. Apartment consists of kitchen/living room and a bedroom, each has a separate AC unit which is nice as well. It is fully equiped for children with a baby cot and feeding chair. The apt was cleaned every day. There are four (!) beaches available within 10-15 minute walk so you can choose which one you like better. It's also easy to take a bus to Nissy beach (although there is nothing to do there unless you want to get drunk) or Ayia Napa. There are 3-4 supermarket within 15 minutes walk and the closest one is right beside the hotel. The only downside is that pharmacy is not nearby, you have to go to Nissy at least. However, basic baby stuff like diapers and food is available at local supermarkets. The staff was nice and friendly and we had no problem getting help with small issues we encountered. They also replied to my inquiries over email and were really polite and pleasant to talk to. So far the only downside I can recall is that the range hood above the hob is actually not connected to the vent, so it is in effect useless. This makes frying not a very pleasant task especially if you can't open the windows because of the heat outside. However, we didn't do much cooking anyway and those 2-3 times were tolerable I guess. Also I can't comment on the main building since I've been there only once outside of breakfast time.More

My wife and I have just returned from a two week stay at the Loutsiana hotel and it is an excellent place to stay when on holiday. The hotel is extremely well run and spotlessly clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. The Thomson rep Emma also has to get a mention as she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and resort. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.More

Just back from a week at these apartments. What can I say, apartment spacious,, immaculate, upto date. All staff amazing, nothing to much trouble. We had room 204 overlooking pool and side sea veiw. Situated quite end of Ayia Napa, near waterpark, but not a problem as buses run every 20 mins and bus stop right outside. Great place to relax and chill out.More

First time Self Catering in Cyprus .Lovely clean apartments and nice pool area .We had a ground floor apartment overlooking the pool which was nice except for all the cats roaming the area .Apartments come with a full size fridge and 2 ring hob no oven . There are a lot of things you have to pay extra for Air Conditioning ,Wi-Fi in rooms ,Pool Towels etc etc although you can get free Wi-Fi in bar area .Food average and drinks a bit pricey .Staff friendly enough and maid service for rooms good .Two nice Restaurants close by Agoritikan and Garden of Eden both have great food abd play area for kids .Good sports bar close by The Kings Sword too with good food .Best beach within a 10 minute walk is Landa Beach with good amenities .More
