The Grecian Sands Hotel is well-positioned in a quiet beachfront spot, just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of lively Ayia Napa.
This place is perched on a hill and has panoramic sea views, which it flaunts at every opportunity. The pool area overflows onto a private, sandy beach and is surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens.
Location-wise, the hotel's strolling distance from Ayia Napa's old town and harbourside tavernas, as well as its bar and club-packed square.

60th Birthday Treat
We stayed at the Grecian Sands Hotel for Three Nights to Celebrate my Milestone Birthday. We were treated by the Hotel to an upgrade from Bed & Breakfast to All Inclusive and they also provided a Bottle of Wine & Complimentary Fruit Basket. Our room was a Sea View on the Third Floor with unspoilt panoramic views across Ayia Napa and the Blue Blue Mediterranean. Breakfast was the standard Buffet Style to suit all tastes and dietary requirements plus there was a Chef on hand if you required something not already prepared. Good quality ingredients across the board. The Staff were very polite and willing to help in any way you required. Rooms were clean and well presented with Linen & Towel changes daily. There was a Safe to keep your valuables & Complimentary WiFi in all areas to keep you in touch with the rest of the world. Plenty of outside areas with comfortable seating for you to enjoy and a large outdoor Pool with plenty of Quality Sunbeds and Complimentary Towels. There was also a decent Green Area on which to relax and paths down to the Sandy Beach. After Dark there is the Ulysses Bar which served Alcoholic Drinks as well as Soft Drinks & Teas/Coffees. All in All an Excellent Hotel and close enough to Walk to Napa Harbour - 15 Minutes - or plenty to keep you occupied within.More
Another memorable visit to Grecian sands.
Once again had a wonderful holiday. This time our daughter, son and family joined us for our second week and could not believe how they were welcomed by the manager and staff and in their words were treated like royalty. We particularly enjoyed the manager singing to us and my husband is already rehearsing to sing a duet with him next year! As always the staff work extremely hard and will do anything at all to make your holiday more enjoyable. Stella, Andreas, Christof, Skevy, Michael, Sakis, Antonis, George, chefs, bar staff, reception, porters, and room staff are all stars. Looking forward to our next visit,More
I stayed here with my husband and 12yr old son on the 8th of July for 2 weeks. We stayed on a B&B basis. We arrived around midnight after a long day of traveling, arriving at that time I think you should be provided with some form of snack even if it’s at an additional charge for B&B customers. Our room was spotless and throughout our stay we couldn’t fault the hard work from the maids. Space wise, I couldn’t imagine fitting anymore people in the room. Maybe more hangers could be provided too. As for the best bit the views from our room were amazing looking right over the coastline and harbour. My favourite thing about this hotel was the pool area. You didn’t have to get up at ridiculous hours to get a spot near the pool. They had enough areas for everyone, if you wanted the beach or quiet sunbathing spot or by the pool there was room for everybody. I don’t know if this would be different later on in th summer. The bell service for snacks or drinks were great and always friendly. They didn’t seem to have any activities or clubs for children which didn’t bother our son as he loves the pool or beach but might bother others. Breakfast wise it is what it is, yes it’s going to get repetitive but it’s breakfast what can you do. My son struggled and ended up most mornings eating pancakes which were freshly made. I loved the omelettes which were made how you liked them. We did decide one morning to eat our breakfast in the covered outdoor area only to realise that it must be ok to smoke in this area(we don’t and don’t like it round our son) I think in areas like this they should have signs up as we wouldn’t of chosen to eat there if we were aware. Stella always took the time to speak to us and gave breakfast that welcoming touch. To walk into Ayia Napa it would of been a good 20min walk downhill, a taxi was about 8euro, during the day the bus was about 2 Euro but at night it was just as cheap to take a taxi. We ate twice at the Roof Burger Bar, the food was excellent, the tuna burger has to be the nicest burger I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Something that should be made more clearer is the late check out. When booking our holiday we knew it would be a late flight home so I emailed the hotel and was given the prices for late checkout. After emailing I was under the impression I had secured the room for late checkout only to arrive and to be told no and that I wouldn’t know until the day before we checkout. Surely a hotel of this size should be able to be more on the ball than this. When coming back to Ayia Napa I would stay here again.More
