I’m flying with United Airlines, how do I manage my booking?

Check-in

Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.

You’ll need to enter your United Airlines booking reference – this is your six-character alpha-numeric TUI flight reference number, not your TUI booking reference – and surname[s].

You’ll find your flight reference number on your booking confirmation email, e-ticket, and on Manage My Booking on the TUI website or in the TUI app.

Seating

You can pay to select or upgrade your seat on the airline’s seat options page.

Luggage

Your luggage allowance will be shown on your booking confirmation email. For more information, visit the airline’s baggage page. Just so you know, United Airlines is an American airline, so they refer to hand luggage as ‘carry-on’ bags.
