I’m flying with American Airlines, how do I manage my booking?
Check-in
American Airlines’ online check-in opens from 24 hours before departure.
You can check in, add Advance Passenger Information and download or print your boarding passes for your flights directly from the homepage of the American Airlines by selecting the Manage / Check in option.
You’ll need to enter your American Airlines booking reference – this is your six-character alpha-numeric TUI flight reference number, not your TUI booking reference – and surname[s].
You’ll find your flight reference number on your booking confirmation email, e-ticket, and on Manage My Booking on the TUI website or in the TUI app.
Seating
You can pay to reserve or upgrade your seat on the American Airlines Travel Experience page.
Luggage
Your luggage allowance will be shown on your booking confirmation email. To find out more, go to the American Airlines’ baggage information page.
