Flying with our partner airlines

I'm flying with SunExpress, how do I manage my booking?

Check-in online:

You can check in online from 24 hours up to 1 hours before your flight departs.

If your booking confirmation shows a 6-character booking reference: Go to the SunExpress bookings tab to check in, add bags or choose your seats.

If your booking confirmation shows an 8-digit TUI booking number: Use the Tour Operator tab to manage your booking.

Make sure you select the correct flight details (airports, date and time) when checking in.

Online check-in is free for each flight. You can also buy airport check-in through My Booking on the SunExpress website. If you don't check in online or buy airport check-in in advance, you'll pay £20 per person, per flight at the airport.

When you check in online, you can add your passport details and choose your seats. If you don't pick seats in advance, we'll assign them for you during online check-in.

Travelling with children:
When you add passenger details on SunExpress, anyone aged 12 or under counts as a child. If your child is 13 or older, register them as an adult.

If you need a bassinet for your baby, contact the SunExpress contact centre after booking front row seats. Find more information about travelling with children on SunExpress.

Seats and comfort:

Standard seat space on SunExpress is 29 inches.

Food and drinks:

You can buy snacks and drinks on board. View the SunExpress café menu or pre-order your meals.

SunExpress can't guarantee an allergy-free environment on board.

You can pay with credit cards or euros on board. Pre-paid cards aren't accepted.

Baggage:

Report any lost or damaged baggage to SunExpress.

Flight delays:

Contact SunExpress directly for any delay compensation claims.

 Special assistance:

Call us on 0800 145 6920 if you or anyone travelling with you needs assistance. We'll arrange everything to make your flight comfortable. You won't need to pay the airport check-in fee if you've requested special assistance.

SunExpress needs proof of disability to allocate a welfare seat. This could be a disability ID card, badge or disability report. Our Special Assistance team will explain what you need when you call.

Send your proof via the [SunExpress WhatsApp support line](link): +90 541 444 0797.

You'll also need a medical certificate showing the exact weight and size of any medical equipment at airport check-in and at the gate.

Seating restrictions:
For safety reasons, passengers with reduced mobility can't sit in emergency exit rows. If you've checked in online and been assigned an emergency exit row seat, the cabin crew will move you to another seat. You can only reserve window seats (A or F) in advance if you have reduced mobility. Other seats may be available at the airport depending on your needs.

SunExpress can't guarantee wheelchair access on board for outbound flights.

Unfortunately, SunExpress doesn't provide specific support for neurodiversity requirements.
