I’m flying with Malaysia Airlines, how do I manage my booking?

Check-in

Malaysia Airline’s online check-in opens from 48 hours before departure.

You can check in, add Advance Passenger Information and download or print your boarding passes for your flights directly from the homepage of the Malaysia Airlines by selecting the Manage / Check in option.

You’ll need to enter your Malaysia Airlines booking reference – this is your six-character alpha-numeric TUI flight reference number, not your TUI booking reference – and surname[s].

You’ll find your flight reference number on your booking confirmation email, e-ticket, and on Manage My Booking on the TUI website or in the TUI app.

Seating

You can pay to reserve or upgrade your seat on the Malaysia Airlines Manage my Booking page.

Luggage

Your luggage allowance will be shown on your booking confirmation email. To find out more, go to the Malaysia Airline’s baggage information page.
