I’m flying with Pegasus Airlines, how do I manage my booking?

Check-in

Pegasus Airlines’ Online check-in is available between 7 days and an hour before departure.

You’ll need to enter your Pegasus Airlines booking reference – this is your six-character alpha-numeric TUI flight reference number, not your TUI booking reference – and surname[s].

You’ll find your flight reference number on your booking confirmation email, e-ticket, and on Manage My Booking on the TUI website or in the TUI app.

Seating

You can pay to select or upgrade your seat before or during check-in. For more information, visit Pegasus Airlines’ seat selection page.

Luggage

Your luggage allowance will be shown on your booking confirmation email. For more information on hand luggage dimensions, please visit the Pegasus Airlines’ baggage allowance page.
