I’m flying with Singapore Airlines, how do I manage my booking?

Check-in

Singapore Airlines’ Online check-in is available 48 hours before departure.

You’ll need to enter your Singapore Airlines booking reference – this is your six-character alpha-numeric TUI flight reference number, not your TUI booking reference – and surname[s].

You’ll find your flight reference number on your booking confirmation email, e-ticket, and on Manage My Booking on the TUI website or in the TUI app.

Seating

You can pay to select or upgrade your seat before or during check-in. For more information, visit Singapore Airlines’ seat selection page.

Luggage

Your luggage allowance will be shown on your booking confirmation email. For more information on hand luggage dimensions, please visit the Singapore Airlines’ baggage allowance page.

Meals and trip extras
