Best time to go to Catalonia
Summers in Catalonia are typically Spanish. That means warm, sunny days and comfortable evenings. Daily highs tend to be in the 30s, although sea breezes along the coast stop things from getting uncomfortable. Rainfall is rare at this time of year, except in the valleys of the Pyrenees to the north of the region. Spring and autumn are good times to visit this part of Spain. You can expect a bit more rain – the average monthly precipitation is a couple of inches – but temperatures are still range between the mid-teens and the mid-20s.
