    The Redbury New York is set in the up-and-coming NoMad district – walking distance from lots of top attractions.

    This place is in a prime location. It's just five minutes' walk from the Empire State Building and Madison Square Park. And it takes less than five minutes to walk to the shops of Fifth Avenue.

    In the 1920s, the NoMad district was a key player in the New York music scene. The hotel takes its inspiration from this period, with lots of music memorabilia dotted around the walls.

      Open daily, this Italian restaurant specialises in pizzas, with a large selection to choose from. You'll also find meat and seafood aplenty on the menu along with a choice of antipasti dishes. There's also a huge wine list to select from, a big choice of beers, and an even bigger choice of champagne. And this restaurant also has a no tipping policy.

      This cosy lounge bar is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There's a huge choice of champagne, wines and beers- the cocktail menu is pretty inviting too. You can also choose to eat here from the full Marta menu.

    I come to New York very frequently and I’ve had my eye on The Redbury for some time. After my previous usual hotel made some changes I didn’t like, I gave The Redbury a shot! I’m so so glad I did! The photos don’t do it justice! It’s adoranle and fashionable. The layout of the hotel with cafes and restaurants and lobby is intriguing and enjoyable. The staff at the front desk, Daniella and Julio, were so friendly and pleasant. In my experience boutique hotel staff can be abrasive and uncaring but they were so delightful and helpful! I was able to get an early check in and when there was an issue with my room phone they were swiftly attentive! Thanks so much for making it a great stay! I have my next trip booked already!

    Great location 2 minutes walk from the subway and 10 minutes walk from the Madison square Garden. Concierge were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfort. Internet was o.k. Nice restaurants and pubs near the hotel.

    Very nice hotel that seems to cater to a younger and hip crowd. Nicely located within walking distance from 5th Ave. and major landmarks. The Italian restaurant at the entrance is buzzing with nice crowds, beautiful dishes with the typical NY atmosphere. Rooms are OK. Not that luxurious and with a slight sign of aging. But bearable. Overall it's highly recommendable and definitely a repeat.
    BED BUGS & NEGLIGENT SERVICE

    The worst experience I've had from a hotel...EVER. Both my friend and I were bitten by bed bugs and have proof including medical documentation. When we called to speak to someone regarding our bed bug infestation, we were blown off and the staff never called back. I've called everyday and emailed three different people with photographic evidence AND medical documentation. All three have yet to respond. COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT. DO NOT STAY HERE or YOU'LL GET BED BUGS TOO.
    Book a room with a King Bed

    The plusses: management accommodated our request to change rooms. They put us in a room with a King and it made all the difference in the world. Bathrooms are surprisingly roomy. The pizza at Marta (on site eatery) is very good. Great location. The minuses: Loud AC and the rooms with queen beds are TINY. When I say tiny, I mean I had to turn and shuffle sideways to get pass the foot of the bed and into the bathroom. Overall, I'd stay again -- but I'd get a king.
