Child-friendly hotels
The family hotels in Paphos range from self-catering set-ups to big All Inclusive beach hotels. So on one end of the spectrum you’ve got places like the Hotel Kissos, which combines a low price with a location within throwing distance of the archaeological sites and harbour of the resort. And then there are five-star hotels like the Hotel Elysium, which come packed with swimming pools, restaurants and activities.
Family days out in Paphos
Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark hands out white-knuckle rides for thrill-seekers and gentler slides for little children. And if you want something more relaxing, you can drift along the lazy river. Meanwhile, a pirate ship flying the Jolly Roger takes families along the west coast of Cyprus — swashbuckling shows and walking the plank included. A 4x4 safari through the Troodos Mountains makes another great day out, thanks to the backdrop of sweeping Mediterranean views.
