The Avanti Village is geared up nicely for families, ticking off a huge pool, a lazy river, and a close-to-the-beach location.
It only takes five minutes to walk from this hotel to the honey-hued sands of Pachyammos Beach. A further 15 will land you on the water’s edge, in Paphos’ bar and restaurant-lined harbour.
The property has the look of a typical Mediterranean village – think low-rise, terracotta-tiled buildings and a clock tower. The grounds are also peppered with chunky palm trees and leafy shrubs.

AMAZING PLACE AMAZING STAFF AMAZING HOLIDAY
Me and my husband stayed here in September where we met some friends and their children. It was our first time in Cyprus. Avanti village was beautiful, the staff were absolutely amazing. The animation team were spot on. They encourage people to join in with waterpolo, volleyball, watergym. I never usually do all them things on holiday. We would 110% come back here. Bit of a late review but better late than never. Thank u to all at Avanti Village that made our holiday one to remember :) Mrs and Mr Howard xxMore
It was our first holiday to Cyprus and our first stay in the Avanti Village and we were not disappointed. Our accommodation was clean and quiet, and I liked the way the village was layed out. We stayed half board and the food was lovely, enjoyed breakfast in the village and a very short stroll to the Avanti hotel for the evening meal. Really liked having the choice of evening entertainment from both places but particularly enjoyed the entertainment from the staff in the village. The pool area was fantastic and the entertainment staff were great fun if you wanted to join in. I particularly enjoyed playing table tennis with the awesome Elvis. Great location with the harbour a nice stroll away and buses across the road. All in all a fabulous holiday in a fabulous place.More
Brilliant Holiday yet again
Yet another brilliant holiday at the Avanti Holiday Village. This was my fourth stay (with my sister) and we were NOT disappointed. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you ,they are always ready to help. Everything about the Avanti is why we come back again (getting ready to book for next year.) The pool is lovely and relaxing, there are always plenty of sun beds (you don't have to get up early to put your towel down !!) you can join in the activities or just relax in the sun. The rooms are very spacious and the cleaners come in daily, they are always friendly. The village is close to shops and places to eat, we spent quite few nights eating on site at the village piazza where the food is very good, plentiful and very reasonably priced. Everything is kept looking clean and tidy and as you walk around the apartments (from reception to the village Piazza) there are lovely plants/bushes along the paths. We had a problem with the air conditioning (we could not get it to stay on) we phone reception and they said they would send someone, before we had time to make a cuppa the maintenance person was knocking at the door to sort it out ! You will always have problems when you are away but it is how the hotel/reception reacts and you cannot fault the Avanti. Looking forward to going back next year !More
Really nice place... really enjoyed
Myself and my husband stayed in the Avanti Village in September. It’s a lovely place and quiet too. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. I would recommend this place to anyone or any family. Clean and well kept...Lovely food. Only disadvantage is that is the harbour area is a bit far... But you can get taxis and buses easily...More
We had the pleasure of staying at the Avanti Village for two weeks on a bed and breakfast basis. We could not fault the breakfast, everything you need. Rooms are huge, lots of space and a decent sized balcony. Our room overlooked the fields so it was nice and peaceful. Rooms could do with updating to bring them up to four star standard. Voile curtains definitely needed a wash to freshen them up. I do think the charges for the safe are on the expensive side so therefore didn't use it. Pools area was lovely and I did see gardeners tending to the greenery around the complex. A lovely walk along the sea front to Paphos harbour. Would definitely consider staying here againMore
