Why haven't I collected my Smiles?

If your Smiles haven't appeared, check if you used the same email address for your booking as your myTUI account login. Your Smiles are added to the account that matches your booking email.

New Smiles appear within 2 to 3 days of booking. If it's been longer and your Smiles still haven't appeared, contact us and we'll look into it for you.

We can also help if you think you've received the wrong number of Smiles for your booking.
