Do Smiles run out or expire?
Your Smiles stay active for 12 months from the day you collect them. After this time, they expire and no longer count.
To keep your membership level, you need to continue to collect Smiles. All bookings made within a 12-month period count. Your membership level is re-calulated every 12 months and the number of Smiles you have at this time will set your Level in the Club.
