TUI Smiles and Rewards Club

My booking was cancelled (by TUI or by me) and I’ve been moved down a Level, can I still use my Rewards?

How booking and cancellations affect your Smiles:

  • You collect Smiles every time you book with us. If you cancel your booking or it gets cancelled by us, we'll remove those Smiles from your account.

This might affect your membership level. If your cancelled booking helped you reach a higher level, removing those Smiles could move you back down. Don't worry though – you'll move back up again with your next booking.

Your rewards and membership levels:

  • Each membership level unlocks different rewards. If you move down a level, some rewards might become unavailable until you reach that level again.

When your rewards expire:

  • Check the end date on each reward in your TUI Smiles Rewards Club dashboard. Some rewards last longer than 12 months, so you can use them even when booking far in advance.
