TUI Smiles and Rewards Club

How can I leave (or opt out) of the TUI Smiles Rewards Club?

We'd love you to stay and collect TUI Smiles. But if we can't change your mind, to leave the TUI Smiles Rewards Club you can go to the account management in your myTUI account and opt out from TUI Smiles emails. By opting out of the emails you're opting out of the entire club. Once you've left the club, you'll still see 'TUI Smiles Rewards Club' in the menu when you log into your myTUI account, but when you click through, you'll no longer see your club dashboard, only an option to rejoin. 

If you change your mind, your membership can be reinstated. Your Smiles total will be recalculated from the date you rejoin, which will decide the Level you rejoin in. Smiles are valid for one year from the date they are collected and may have expired since you were last a member.
