TUI Smiles and Rewards Club

How do I collect or redeem Smiles?

As a member, we suggest you log in each time you visit a TUI website or the TUI app. That way you'll see all the latest offers and rewards in your dashboard before making a booking. If you book with different email addresses, your Smiles won't be credited to your account and we can't transfer them later.

You collect Smiles when you book:

  • Package holidays, flights, cruises, hotels and experiences on TUI websites or the TUI app

  • Bookings with our partner airlines and hotels

  • Package holidays, flights, hotel stays and experiences booked in TUI shops

Your Smiles set your membership level in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. The more Smiles you collect, the higher your level and the more rewards you unlock.

Please note: You won’t collect Smiles when booking through a partner travel agent.
