You can access the TUI Smiles Rewards Club through your myTUI account.

If you've forgotten your password, visit the myTUI sign in page and select the reset password option. Enter the email address you used to create your account or make your booking.

You'll receive a password reset email from no-reply@notifications.my.tui.com. This email is sent automatically, so you won't be able to reply to it. If you need help, contact our customer service team instead.
