How do I collect Smiles?

As a member, we suggest you log in each time you visit a TUI website or the TUI app before making a booking. That way you'll see all the latest offers and rewards in your dashboard first. You'll collect Smiles when you book package holidays, flights, cruises, hotel stays or experiences with TUI. You can also collect Smiles when you book a TUI package holiday, flight, experience or hotel stay through a TUI shop or a partner travel agent; but not when booking directly through a hotel partner website.
