Why are my rewards different from my friend's?

Your rewards depend on your membership level in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. You and your friend might be in different levels, so you'll see different rewards.
Even if you're both in the same level, your friend might see extra rewards if they have a holiday, flight or cruise departing within the next 14 days as they can also play our Pack Your Bags game during this time.

Pack Your Bags is an exclusive game in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club, available from Level 2 onwards.

Here's how it works:

Book a package holiday, hotel or flight
The game opens 14 to 5 days before your departure
Find it in your TUI Smiles Rewards Club Dashboard
You get one play per departure
Every play wins you an exclusive reward for your trip
