TUI Smiles and Rewards Club

I can’t see my new booking and Smiles I’ve collected in myTUI account? What can I do?

Don’t worry – this can happen from time to time. If your booking isn’t showing yet, you can easily add it yourself in a few steps:

  1. Log in to your myTUI account
  2. Go to ‘Bookings’ in the menu
  3. Select ‘Add a booking’
  4. Enter your booking number, lead passenger name, and departure date

Once it’s added, your booking should appear, and any eligible Smiles will show too – as long as it’s completed within 30 days.
