What's the Montreal Convention and how does it affect me?
The Montreal Convention is an international agreement that protects passengers travelling on international flights. It sets out airlines' responsibilities if you experience issues such as injury, lost baggage, damaged baggage or baggage delays.
It also explains the circumstances in which compensation may be available and any limits that may apply.
