Which terminal am I flying from?

If you're flying from Gatwick Airport, you'll need to go to the North Terminal for TUI flights - flight prefix TOM - and the South Terminal for TUI flights operated by Titan Airways and Ascend - flight prefix BY.

At Manchester Airport, head to Terminal 2.

We usually fly from the main terminals at all our other UK airports. The terminal you're flying from will be shown on your e-ticket and you'll also find it on the airport website.

Flights with other airlines;

If you're not flying with TUI, please take a look at your e-ticket/confirmation email or contact the airline for details.
