How do I check in online?

Online check-in makes getting ready for your flight super simple. Here's what you need to know:

When can you check in?

If you've booked Premium, Extra Legroom, Extra Space or Select Your Seat, you can check in 14 days before departure. For all other bookings, check-in opens 48 hours before departure.

For flights to Mexico and Jamaica, check-in opens 24 hours before departure.

Check-in closes 2 hours before your flight leaves.

How to check in online

You'll need to check in separately for your outbound and return flights.

  1. Go to Manage My Booking
  2. Enter your flight booking reference
  3. Add the surname of the main passenger
  4. Enter your departure date
  5. Select check-in

Flying with a partner airline?

If your flight number starts with TOM, BY or OR, you can use our online check-in. For other airlines, check out our partner airline information to see what you need to do.
