Can I reprint my boarding pass if it's lost or damaged?

Yes, if you’re flying with TUI Airways you can reprint your boarding pass up to six hours before your flight departure time via:

-       Manage My Booking

-       Flight Extras

You can also use a digital boarding pass on your mobile device.

If you print your boarding pass:

-       Print it on A4 paper

-       Make sure the copy is clear with no rips or tears

-       Ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning at the airport
