The Westgate Las Vegas is home to 10 restaurants and a huge curvy pool. You can reach the famous strip in a couple of minutes on the monorail, too.
The Westgate Las Vegas has a pretty impressive claim to fame. Rock legend Elvis Presley played 837 consecutive sold out shows at the hotel, and was immortalised in the lobby in statue form. You’ll even see his picture hung in some of the rooms.
This place is set up so you never have to leave if you don’t want to– it’s got a big casino, a lake-like pool with a waterside bar, and a scaled-down shopping mall. There are 10 restaurants, including the world’s biggest chain of Benihana.

Nieve Malandra at lobby bar
Was meeting friends in the Westgate Hotel. When walking toward the exit heard beautiful music coming from the libby. The singer was Nieve Malandra and her musician Dan Ellis. Nieve is a beautiful and talented vocalist. Heard her beautifully cover a wide range of music and styles She is so talented I am sure she will be a headliner someone. Treat yourself and go see her perform. . More
Getting worn out
Hotel is showing its age. Bathtub fixture was loose, wallpaper was peeling, and the door close assist would hang down once in a while and only allow me to open the door a few inches. Was constantly accosted by hotel personnel trying to sell me a timeshare. There was a pit boss that wouldn't let me play craps on the small table because it was limited to 8 players. She took the 20 the person put down at the same time as I put a 100 down. She was very rude about it, almost scolding me for trying to gamble my money. Won lots from Golden Nugget later. I certainly would never stay (or gamble) here again.More
Horrible customer service and property
My husband and I checked in on a Friday. We were bombarded by timeshare people on the way to our elevator. They were very aggressive and deceiving with offers too good to be true. We declined their offers and made it to our mediocre room in a touchy elevator. The tub had a steady stream of water coming out and there wasn't any way of turning it off. We called down to the front desk and they were so rude, was put on hold for a very long time. They instructed us to come back down to the front desk to "see what they could do". Our room was upgraded to a different tower and it was slightly better. The room was so out dated. Counter tops and furniture very old. The first time we used the shower the water began to leak again. The shower head was very loose coming from the wall, and the water pressure was awful. The management said all they could do was TURN OFF THE WATER, in order to keep from leaking. And they would turn it on when we needed to shower. How absurd. They also charge a $77 resort fee, for what, we have no idea, because there was noticeably repairs that were needed throughout the resort. Besides the water leak, the shower curtain was falling apart, the floors weren't mopped, the bathroom door was rotten at the bottom. The elevators were questionable too! One time we were in an elevator and it began to alarm and the doors wouldn't close. There were only three people in the elevator. The man had to stand in the doorway to keep the doors open for us to get out. Very bad impression of Las Vegas. When we complained, the clerk at the front desk was not surprised or apologetic. Don't stay at this property!More
worth the 80$ per night I paid but not the ~120$ total (added fees). Elevators, especially the "scenic" unit are begging for service... Sid's needs better cook staff/kitchen manager. The food quality was equivalent to Denny's... both times I tried them.More
