Formed of three identical towers, The Signature sets you up with top-drawer views of the legendary Las Vegas strip, which is only a couple of minutes’ walk away.
The Signature is like the MGM Grand’s not-so-little sibling. They’re only a couple of minutes’ walk away from each other, and Signature guests get free rein over the facilities at the MGM Grand.
Everything is set up for a swanky stay here. Rooms are split between three skyscraper-style towers, which come with a large swimming pool, a stylish lobby, and a couple of laid-back coffee bars.

Travelling solo, upgraded to penthouse floor. For price if you prepared to walk a little to strip , value for money. Treat yourself 😊great pool area , easy walk through to MGM shops and casinos . Was quiet and close to monorail for easy access to other hotels. More
Luxurious, Comfortable and Quiet
Our suite was very clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet, we only heard a few doors closing during the evening. The amenities were very good. The housekeeping staff gave us extra coffee upon request. I highly recommend this for those who want to be within walking distance to the strip but enjoy a quiet resort for relaxing and sleeping. You have access to the MGM grand for food, entertainment and pools and the lazy river. Note the lazy river is only open on weekends during off season. Plenty of pools and hot tubs to chose from. Great price, I would stay here again. More
Excellent and spotless
What a great place we came in 1 in the morning, that desk clerk was bright and cheerful and above all extremely accommodating. Wonderful room with a nice view. We are on the 37th floor. We would recommend this place to all.More
One Year Anniversary Trip
This was my 7th trip to Las Vegas and my first staying at Signature and it will absolutely be my go-to hotel from here on out. Even before my husband and I arrived, our emails back and forth with concierge about various questions and activities were super helpful - special shout-out to Cecelia who was so wonderful and fast in her replies! We requested an early check in before we arrived and fortunately were able to get one so it was a very quick and easy check in process. We I stayed in Tower 1 which is closest to the MGM Grand (very convenient to the casino floor and the pools at MGM! Also very close to monorail access which was a huge plus). The room was very spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping service is top notch. We upgraded to a high floor with a pool view and with a kitchen efficiency for a minor fee and it was so worth it. LOVED having a kitchen area for keeping leftovers and for mixing our own drinks. Do note that you do have to request serve ware and cookware when you check in if you want it and that it doesn't come stocked in the room. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom area was huge. The whirlpool tub was fantastic, especially after treating myself to one of the bath bombs at Nectar (located in The District at MGM). We didn't end up using the pools at Signature but they all looked really nice and I loved the firepits in that same area. You do have access to all the pools at MGM and I highly recommend the lazy river - so awesome! Really the only downside I can see for this property is you do need to be prepared to do some walking, but I think that's true of most of the larger properties in Vegas so it's really not that bad. Plus the walkways are all indoors and air conditioned/heated which is very nice. Overall, this is my favorite hotel i've stayed at so far in Las Vegas and we already can't wait to plan our return trip!More
Nice hotel but I would prefer to be on the strip
Nice hotel, room was quiet, clean and spacious with a kitchenette that had no dishes or cutlery so needless to say we never used it. I upgraded to a balcony suite and was hoping to get a nice view of Vegas but the hotel put me on the third floor, so a complete waste of money as my view consisted of the parking garage across the street. I told the girl at the front desk I was disappointed to be on the 3rd floor of a 34 floor hotel for my first time in Vegas and I asked for another room and was told it was the only one they had LOL okay there girlie ;) . Would I stay here again, no but because it's off the beaten path. Next time I would stay more towards the middle of the strip near the Mirage, Caesar's Palace or Bellagio area this is central and will limit the amount of walking you have to do. Loved Vegas lots to do, lots to see and lots and lots of walking so leave the flip flops at home folks!More
