I can’t see all of my current holiday bookings in my myTUI account, what do I do?
Please ensure that you are listed as the lead passenger on the booking and that the name, email address, date of birth and postal address in your myTUI customer account, matches your booking.
If you're not the lead booker, you can access the booking by entering the booking reference number into the Bookings page within your myTUI customer account or on the 'Trips' tab of the TUI app, however you will not be able to amend or edit the booking unless you are the lead passenger.
