Can I drop off my luggage the day before I fly?

Day-before bag drop for your TUI flight

Save time at the airport by dropping off your bags the day before your flight. This service is available if your flight has a TOM or BY flight number, departs before midday, and leaves from one of the airports listed below.

Check in online before you arrive to make the process even quicker.

Who can use day-before bag drop?

  • All Marella Cruises passengers
  • Passengers flying to Melbourne, Florida from Birmingham, Glasgow, London Gatwick, Manchester or Newcastle only. Bag drop isn't available from other airports for this specific route.

This service is not available for P&O or Cunard Cruises flights.

What you need to bring

Bring your passport and travel documents when you drop off your bags.

When can you drop off your bags?

Day-before bag drop is available from 2pm to 9pm for flights departing before midday the next day from:

  • Birmingham, London Gatwick North Terminal, Gatwick South terminal (available until 30th October 2026), and Manchester Terminal 2

Day-before bag drop is available from 4pm to 9pm for flights departing before midday the next day from:

  • Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow and East Midlands
