Holidays to Corinth take you to a peaceful part of St Lucia's north, close to the capital and chic Rodney Bay.
Quiet Corinth
Corinth has a best-of-both setting. It’s nestled in to St Lucia’s north-west coast, in between swanky Rodney Bay and the island’s capital, Castries. Compared to its neighbours, this place likes to float under the radar. But, you’re still close to all the action – the bars and restaurants of Castries, Gros Islet and Rodney Bay are less than 15 minutes’ taxi ride away.
Nearby bay
When you stay in Corinth, you’re just 10 minutes’ stroll from a secluded stretch of sand. It’s known locally as the Secret Beach. And it lives up to its name, with hardly a tourist in sight. Alternatively, if you’re after a swathe with facilities on tap, make the 10-minute drive over to Rodney Bay’s Reduit Beach, where the sands come lined with bars, loungers and watersports huts.
Close to everything
Corinth is a sleepy customer, so you won’t find more than a handful of eateries and shops around here. There’s lots going on nearby, though, which means you’re never more than 15 minutes’ drive from a party. Rodney Bay’s marina is brimming with high-end restaurants and bars. There’s duty-free shopping on tap in St Lucia’s capital, Castries. Plus, Gros Islet hosts a street party every Friday.
