Is my money protected when I book with TUI?
Yes. All TUI package holidays including flights are ATOL-protected, and TUI is an ABTA member. That means your money and your trip are covered if anything happens before or during travel, so you can book with confidence.

What kinds of holidays can I book with TUI?
At TUI we offer holidays for every kind of traveller: beach and All Inclusive holidays, city breaks, escorted tours, lakes and mountains, ski holidays, multi-centre trips and weddings, plus cruises with Marella Cruises and TUI River Cruises. Once you've decided on your holiday type, you can book online, via the TUI app, by phone, or by popping into a TUI Store.
Does TUI own its own hotels and airline?
Yes. We own and operate more than 400 hotels and resorts, including our own brands TUI BLUE, TUI MAGIC LIFE, ROBINSON and TUI SUNEO, plus our partner brands, like RIU. We also run five airlines across the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, Belgium and the Netherlands – with a combined fleet of around 125 modern aircraft. On top of this, we operate 18 cruise ships.
What is TUI doing for sustainability?
TUI is committed to reaching net-zero emissions and we have removed millions of single-use plastic items from our operations. A large share of TUI hotels hold GSTC-recognised “Green & Fair” sustainability certification, and the TUI Care Foundation runs projects supporting local communities, education and nature in holiday destinations worldwide.
