How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Thanks for booking with us!
Once your booking is complete, you’ll see a confirmation screen with all your details and reference numbers—it's a good idea to take a note or a screen shot of this for safekeeping.

We’ll also send a confirmation email to the address you gave us, usually within 24 hours.

Haven’t received it?

If your confirmation hasn’t been received via email, all travel documents can be found under ‘Travel Documents’ in Manage My Booking.
