Will I collect Smiles for a booking I made before joining the TUI Smiles Rewards Club?

You can collect Smiles on an existing booking if you join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club within 30 days of making that booking, as long as the booking is eligible and linked to the same email address as your myTUI account. If your booking was made more than 30 days before you joined, or before the Club launched, Smiles can’t be added retrospectively. Don’t worry though – there's lots of rewards available, even at Level 1. And as a member, you’ll collect Smiles automatically when you make future eligible bookings.
