Packing Guidelines
- Pack medicines for hold luggage in a separate bag
- This bag won't count toward your cabin baggage allowance

- Keep essential medication in your cabin baggage, especially considering possible flight delays
Medical Equipment Information
When bringing medical devices, we'll need:
- Equipment name, manufacturer, make and model
- Size and weight
- Battery details (if applicable)
- When you'll need to use it during the flight
Important Notes
- Insulin and pen injections can be carried without a medical certificate
- Inform staff at check-in about insulin
- Keep insulin in cabin baggage as hold temperatures may damage it
- Staff cannot help administer medication or operate medical devices
- No cooling facilities available onboard for medication storage
