What You Need to Bring

• Documentation stating medical equipment is needed during the flight
• These documents help you pass through check-in and security smoothly

• You can bring liquid medication over 100ml with a doctor's letter

Packing Guidelines

• Pack medicines for hold luggage in a separate bag
• This bag won't count toward your cabin baggage allowance

• Keep essential medication in your cabin baggage, especially considering possible flight delays

Medical Equipment Information

When bringing medical devices, we'll need:

• Equipment name, manufacturer, make and model
• Size and weight
• Battery details (if applicable)
• When you'll need to use it during the flight

Important Notes

• Insulin and pen injections can be carried without a medical certificate
• Inform staff at check-in about insulin
• Keep insulin in cabin baggage as hold temperatures may damage it
• Staff cannot help administer medication or operate medical devices
• No cooling facilities available onboard for medication storage
