Seats

I've changed my mind about which seats I want on the plane. Can I change my seats once I've chosen them online?

If there’s availability, and provided you haven’t yet checked in online, you can change your seats by visiting Manage My Booking, or the Flight Extras website if you’ve booked a Marella cruise, a TUI river cruise or a Crystal ski holiday. You can also give us a call on 0203 451 2688 and we'll be able to help. If you've already checked in online, then unfortunately you'll be unable to change your seats.  

If you wish to change your seating type, such as upgrading to Extra Legroom Seats, Extra Space Seats or Premium, then you'll need to upgrade by visiting Manage My Booking, popping into a TUI Store or calling us on 0203 451 2688. If you’ve booked a Marella cruise, a TUI river cruise or a Crystal ski holiday, you’ll need to go to the Flight Extras website to select your seat.
