I'm not happy with the seats I've got - what can I do?

If you've paid for a seating product - Select Your Seat, Seats with Extra Legroom, Seats with Extra Space or Premium but you have not chosen your seats please visit Flight Extras to choose your seat from those available on the seat map, if you haven't chosen your seat at least 14 days before your holiday, we'll automatically allocate seats to you.

If you're not happy with the seat you have chosen, you can change to a different seat with the same seat type (for example Extra Legroom) for no extra charge by logging into Manage My Booking or Flight Extras, as long as there are other seats available.
If you would like to upgrade your seat, for example from select your seat to Premium please log into Manage My Booking and upgrade your seating product in the seating section and select your desired available seat, or in Flight extras if the seat map isn't available.

If you haven't bought a seating product - Select Your Seat, Seats with Extra Legroom, Seats with Extra Space or Premium, your seat will be automatically allocated when you check-in online. If you're unhappy with the seats we've given you, we may offer you the chance to change them for an extra charge. That said, seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend that you check in for your flight as soon as you can. If you are travelling with a child aged 2-11 and they are not sat next to you - in the same row, one row in front or behind, or across the aisle, this is a mistake and please contact us as soon as you can so we can change your seats.
