About the villa

The Prestige Villa is one of two properties hidden away in a mountainous area on the island of Lefkas. It’s a 10-minute drive to the town of Lefkada and a 30-minute drive to the award-winning beach of Porto Katsiki.

Split over two levels, this villa’s brightly painted, with cosy rooms and a suntrap of a garden. You can expect a welcome pack with local wine and a fruit basket upon arrival. The nearest supermarket’s a couple of minutes’ walk away.

A good-sized pool is skirted by a collection of loungers and parasols. There’s a well-equipped kitchen and a shaded balcony area for dining outside, with cucumber-green mountain views in every direction.

Lovely villa … you won’t be disappointed

This villa is beautiful. Clean and well equipped. Lovely host and was so welcoming. Pool wonderful and cleaned regularly Centrally located so all beaches in easy distance . Loved the next village … Karya We were very lucky that the adjoining villa was empty for the duration as we felt if it was occupied they are very close together and we wouldn’t have as much privacy in the pool as we would want

Very Nice Villa

We had a family holiday at Prestige Villas during August 2022. The accommodation was very well kept and we couldn't have hoped for more. The Villas where easy to find being about a fifteen drive from the outskirts of Lefkada town. The owner arrived timely to give us the keys and returned just as we where about to depart after our stay had come to an end. A welcome bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine where left in the fridge which was greatly received.

We stayed in this villa in august 2019 and we had a great time. The owner was very accommodating and thoughtful. The area was in the middle of nowhere but was very peaceful and tourist free! The villa is situated in between two small villages with shops so you have access to the daily essentials. There is lots to do on the island and has the most amazing beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came here for a small getaway, and I couldn't be more happier about th decision. The owners are very polite and sweet! Beautiful villas. It is surrounded by beautiful terrain, green mountains and blue skies. Amazing yard front and back with lots of room. Perfect pool area so clean and well kept. The house inside and out was amazing. Cozy and homely, very very clean and top of the line appliances and everything available for your own use with fully equipped kitchen. 3 large bedrooms and full bathrooms and nice electronics in all the rooms. I'm so happy about this place. Will come again for sure!

Excellent location, facilities and hospitality

We are a family with 3 adult children. Stayed 1 night in Oct. 2014. Everything was great: - The Villa exterior design. Exactly as in the pictures. -The facilities : 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. -Very warm and helpful owner. -Asked for breakfast and got a generous one with homemade cakes etc. - Value for money. -Good advise regarding restaurants and boat rental. -Located in the mountains which was preferable for us. Great location to explore the island.
