Our Florida villas put you within range of Orlando’s legendary theme parks, including Walt Disney World Resort. This six-strong offering includes Magic Kingdom Park – where you can snap a selfie in front of Cinderella’s Castle – and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where you can step into a galaxy far far away at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. The rest of the A-star roster includes Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney Springs, and a pair of water parks – Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.
Orlando’s also home to Universal Studios, which adds another three rollercoaster-filled parks to the platter. At Universal Studios Florida, you can let out your inner sorcerer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™. Universal’s Islands of Adventure, meanwhile, is home to rides themed around Jurassic Park™, Marvel superheroes and King Kong. Lastly, Universal’s Volcano Bay dishes up lots of twisting waterslides.
Our villas are dotted around Orlando, one of the biggest cities in Florida. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to the centre from either Kissimmee and Clermont. The city centre’s loaded with restaurants, art galleries and museums. The shopping scene in Orlando’s top drawer, too – expect everything from glass-fronted shopping centres to open-air malls.

The best place to book a villa in Florida is around the city of Orlando. Villas in this part of the state put you within range of the legendary theme parks of Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios.
Our villas in the town of Kissimmee – south of Orlando – are closest to Walt Disney World Resort. It takes around 20 minutes to drive there.
Villas in Kissimmee and Clermont are closest to Universal Studios – both cities are about 30 minutes away by car from the parks.
All the details about checking in to your Florida villa – including the address, driving directions and lock box code – will be provided 24 hours before you travel, on the Excel Florida portal. Check-in and registration can be done any time up until 48 hours before your departure.
- You can use your TUI reference number, check-in date and the lead passenger’s surname to log in.
- When you arrive at your villa, it will either have a keypad entry, or instructions will be provided with lock box details for access to your keys. The earliest time you can check in to your villa on the day of arrival is 4pm. You won’t be able to get in before this time for security reasons, and also to allow inspection and cleaning to be complete.
- As part of the check-in procedure, Florida State Law requires all guests to register prior to arrival. Plus, you are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $75 for the duration of your stay by credit or debit card. This covers up to $1000 of accidental damage.
